Cancellation Policy for Membership
Cancellations can be made up to two days before the scheduled cancellation date. Please note that any planned future actions on a membership, such as a future pause, will be removed when the scheduled cancellation is processed and will need to be re-added.

What to Bring to Recovery Plus

Upon arrival at Recovery Plus, please check in with our staff. To make the most of your experience, we recommend bringing:

  • Two pairs of shorts or swimwear for comfort on our recliner chairs.

  • Flip flops for safety while moving around our facilities.

  • A towel for your convenience.

Our facility offers separate male and female changing rooms, each equipped with two showers. We encourage guests to take a quick shower before using our wet area for optimal hygiene.

For a comprehensive pre-recovery routine, arrive early and utilise our designated area for stretching, foam rollers, and massage guns. This preparation ensures you're fully prepared to enjoy all the amenities and services that Recovery Plus has to offer.

The Full Experience at Recovery Plus

When you book a full-hour recovery session at Recovery Plus, you'll begin with 30 minutes in our state-of-the-art Normatec Compression boots. Trusted by elite athletes worldwide, these boots provide advanced compression therapy while you relax in our comfortable leather recliner chairs, enjoying entertainment options.

Next, you'll transition to our luxurious wet area for the second half of your session. Here, you'll find:

  • Sauna: Relax and detoxify in our sauna, known for its therapeutic benefits.

  • Cryotherapy Ice Bath: Experience the rejuvenating effects of our cryotherapy ice bath, ideal for muscle recovery.

  • Hard Shell Jacuzzi: Soothe tired muscles and unwind in our jacuzzi, designed for ultimate relaxation.

For those interested in contrast therapy, we recommend alternating between the ice bath and jacuzzi for two/three rounds of three minutes each. Afterward, unwind further in our sauna or jacuzzi to fully relax your body.

If cold water immersion is your preference, spend up to 15 minutes in our cold tub to aid in body repair and mental rejuvenation.

Alternatively, simply unwind and relax in our jacuzzi and sauna for a calming experience.
